After completing my degree in Political Science, I have held various public affairs roles, gaining both advisory and operational experience. I find great satisfaction in translating high-level strategies into measurable outcomes. Due to my background at institutions like the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), I have a particular affinity for financial subjects, the national administrative layer, and dynamics around (semi-)public organizations. Additionally, in my work at Public Matters, I also focus on economic and societal issues.

My interest in politics extends beyond the workplace; I love spending my Friday evenings discussing topics such as equal opportunities and (women’s) emancipation with friends. Of course, while enjoying a home-cooked dinner and a good glass of wine. Furthermore, I adore active outdoor holidays, yet I also appreciate all the beauty my hometown Amsterdam has to offer.
