Growing up in the Netherlands with strong Belgian roots, I have always been fascinated by international dynamics from a young age—how countries, cultures, and interests interact with one another, and how changeable this dynamic is. That interest, combined with a broad interest in history and politics, naturally led me to the intersection of politics, society, and business. In a world that is changing ever more rapidly—and where interests more often diverge than converge—finding common ground becomes all the more valuable. For me, that belief is at the heart of public affairs: it’s not just about achieving a goal, but just as much about understanding the motivations that drive it. With this vision in mind, as a Senior Account Executive at Public Matters, I am committed to helping organizations strengthen their position in the social and political debate.

Personal

In my free time, I enjoy various sports and love to cook, preferably with and for friends and family. I have a particular affinity for Belgian-French and Mediterranean cuisines. I also love exploring the dunes and nature, whether on foot or on my racing bike. In addition, I enjoy reading books and prefer to set out on a long-distance trip around the world at least once a year.
