As an HR Advisor at Public Matters. I am involved in the whole range of HR activities. Activities related to recruitment transfer/promotion and termination, but also sick leave, organisational development and the development of employees. To remain successful as an organisation in the future, it is important to always look ahead. On this journey I advise Public Matters with my vision on future-oriented HR. In this way Public Matters can adequately respond to the continuously changing demands from the market and its customers.
Since 2012 I work as an independent HR consultant for a diverse group of clients, both in the profit and non-profit sector. This diversity of clients and activities makes that – even after 20 years – I still find the HR profession very challenging. In my spare time, I love to travel with my family, but sometimes also on my own.
