Senior Director

I very much like to put my extensive experience of more than twenty years in government (national, local, regional and European Union) and in business, particularly in the manufacturing and technology industries and in trade organisations, at the service of our clients. The thread running through my career is innovation and especially stimulating progress in public-private partnerships. In recent years, as a programme manager of large-scale innovation subsidy programmes, I gained a lot of experience in energy transition, digitization (industry 4.0) and infrastructure. My goal is always to make complex matters more comprehensible and clear, and to organise processes as efficiently as possible. Furthermore, I’ve a coaching management style and like to empower everyone in a team.

Personal

Outdoor, that’s where you’ll find me: walking, running, or working in the garden, and I love being on or around water. I enjoy a rich social life, like to ‘wine and dine’ with friends and occasionally go to an outdoor festival. Because of my study and work I lived everywhere and nowhere, and now – as a down-to-earth Frisian at heart – settled in the kind and social south; North-Brabant.
