Account Executive

During my studies, I soon realised that I was not only interested in science, but just as much in what happens to it once it enters the realms of politics and business. This interest took concrete shape during my graduation internship at the trade association Hollandbio, where I gained a close-up view of how lobbying works in the biotech sector. There I learnt that it is particularly the intersection of politics, strategic advice and science that inspires me. At Public Matters, I work with clients from a wide range of sectors, ranging from consumer goods and leisure to local government and international business.

Personal

In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos on topics such as politics, history, science and AI. I also enjoy cooking, going for long walks in nature, am a big fan of films and TV series, and regularly make time for a game of chess or an hour at the gym. I also listen to a wide range of music, from classical to metal and everything in between.
