As a senior consultant at Public Matters, I work on issues at the intersection of politics, media and societal impact. With a background in media, public policy and government communications, I translate complex matters into clear messages and effective communication strategies. I bring extensive international experience and a keen sense for language, allowing me to combine strategic advice with compelling narratives.

Outside of Public Matters, I’m a writer and historian. Together with Bram Sommer, I translated Alexis de Tocqueville’s L’Ancien Régime et la Révolution (Boom Publishers, 2019). I also enjoy spending time in cafés and reading literature and newspapers.
