Public Matters welcomes three new trainees

23-09-2025

With great enthusiasm, we welcome three new trainees: Esther, Flip, and Aylén. Over the next six months, they will immerse themselves in the world of public affairs and gain hands-on experience within our team.

Esther Hesp brings valuable international experience and broad knowledge of European politics. She will focus on European legislation and strategic advice on advocacy in Brussels.

Flip Crince Le Roy combines his interest in digitalization, sustainability, and sports with a background in Public Administration and Organization Sciences. Driven by his fascination with the interplay between politics and business, he aims to further deepen and expand his knowledge at Public Matters.

Aylén Venhuizen developed a passion for (international) politics at an early age and attaches great importance to fostering mutual understanding between organizations and society. With his legal background and analytical perspective, he will make a valuable contribution to our team in the coming months.

We warmly welcome Esther, Flip, and Aylén and look forward to an inspiring collaboration. Let’s go!

"Wij heten Esther, Flip en Aylén van harte welkom en kijken uit naar een inspirerende samenwerking. Zet ’m op!"
