Public Matters welcomes three new colleagues
Public Matters continues to grow and is proud to welcome three new colleagues to the team: Max ten Velden, Joe van der Wouw and Morris Meijer. With their diverse backgrounds and expertise, they further strengthen our consultancy practice across a variety of policy areas.
Max ten Velden joins as Senior Consultant
Max ten Velden joins Public Matters as a Senior Consultant. He brings extensive experience in public affairs and advocacy. In previous roles, he worked for organisations in sectors including industry, pensions, sustainable energy and a trade association focused on the energy transition. Through this broad experience, Max has developed strong expertise in stakeholder management, strategic advisory and political decision-making.
Joe van der Wouw starts as Account Executive
Joe van der Wouw joins Public Matters as an Account Executive. With a background in biological and biomedical sciences, he combines substantive expertise with consultancy experience. In this role, he will support a broad range of clients.
Morris Meijer strengthens the team as Trainee
In addition, we welcome Morris Meijer as a Trainee. Until the end of the summer, he will take part in the Public Matters trainee programme. During this period, he will focus on issues related to digital affairs, retail, student wellbeing and higher education.
